2. To achieve plan
"Quality of products and product plans will be as good." (2)

In RUP, the Software Development Plan (SDP) integrates all the information needed to manage projects, perhaps including some earlier stage of development of the Kai separate content. SDP must be maintained throughout the project and updated.
